Honoured Inventor of Republic of Kazakhstan

Aidarov Ravil Zhumabayevich was born on 06.04.1930 in Chimkent town, the Republic of Kazakhstan. After graduation from the Moscow institute of Nonferrous metals and gold (MINMG - 1947 - 1952) having received the diploma of the engineer - metallurgist, had been working at the enterprises of the Ministry of average mechanical engineering (1952-55) as a senior engineer-researcher, a head of the shift, a head of the branch (Electrostal town, Moscow region, Lermontov town, Stavropol territory). In 1955-57 I worked at the Leninogorsk polymetallic industrial complex (LPIC, Leninogorsk town, the East Kazakhstan region) as a senior metallurgist - researcher. In 1957-62 I worked as a head of the technical department of heavy industry of the East Kazakhstan Sovnarkhoz (I was sent to LPIC, Ust-Kamenogorsk city in 1962-72, where I worked as the assistant of the chief engineer of the metallurgy industrial complex and a shop superintendent of the zinc factory (Leninogorsk town)). In 1971 I defended Ph.D. thesis and got the diploma of the Candidate of Technical Science. In 1972-73 I worked as a senior scientific employee at the Institute of Metallurgy and concentration (IMAC) of the AS of the Kazakh USSR (Alma-Ata). In 1973 I was appointed as a chief engineer of the Special design office of the Ministry of Nonferrous metallurgy (SPKTB) of the KazSSR (Alma-Ata), and then from 1977 to 1995 as a chief engineer of the institute of Kazginalmazzoloto organized on the base of SPKTB. In 1995 I retired on a pension (the Honored pensioner of the pension "For special merits before the Republic"). I was marked with government awards of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan for contribution to development of the Nonferrous metallurgy and for development and introduction of inventions I was awarded with the Rank "Honored inventor of the Republic Kazakhstan". 92 works including 16 publications, 23 inventions and 53 engineering developments (the list is applied) are executed during my professional creative activity (1952-1994).

About inconsistency of the space-time treatment of the principle of relativity "on Einstein" to which principle of relativity "on Poincare" with "a new circuit of hypothesis of the medium - ether, inertia and gravitation

The Article includes contents of the book prepared for publication in volume of 182 printed pages where the author describes inconsistency of Einsteinian interpretation of the principle of relativity on the basis of the analysis of its kinematics that proves inaccuracy of the Lorentz hypothesis about real reduction of a solid and accordingly reduction of space and delay of current of time. The alternative is offered on the basis of representation of the principle of relativity of Poincare and his remarks - prompts. A new consistent hypothesis of medium - ether explaining an optical phenomena, inertia and gravitation is offered.

Если заслуги Пуанкаре, считавшегося последним "универсалистом" в различных областях математики, нашли высокую оценку и признание, отмеченные международными премиями и золотыми медалями, то его работы по гносеологии, и, в частности, по проблемам, связанных с относительностью, остались в тени и, более того, практически преданы забвению, в связи с признанием эйнштейновской теорией относительности (ТО). Немногим известно, что, до появления в 1905г. первой работы Эйнштейна по СТО, единственным ученым, занимавшимся этой проблемой в течении 25 лет был Пуанкаре, который фактически был идеологом возведения частного галилеевского принципа относительности механики в общий принцип-закон, которому следует руководствоваться при оценке существующих и разработке новых физических теории. Тенденция замалчивания роли Пуанкаре, исходящая от Эйнштейна и его последователей, не осталась незамеченной, что нашло отражение в ряде работ, в которых были попытки восстановить историческую справедливость при изложении истории формирования ТО
